Pindos Crossing

This spectacular mountain range with its rich history is an unrivalled location for any adventure. In the north it is the natural border among Greece, Albania and Bulgaria. Also it offers unlimited opportunities for two-week expeditions! Here where tradition remains seemingly untouched in small mountain villages and nomadic settlements of Sarakatsanaioi and Vlachoi of the mountainous terrain. A unique journey for 4X4 vehicles through the dense forests of South Europe, it rises at an altitude of 2000m., it passes through the national park Valia Calda , which is the southernmost natural shelter for brown bears. It visits Alpine lakes and crosses canyons and rivers. Together with X4Guide in a free "Camp" and in retreat guest rooms in the best spots of the expedition .
