To me, ecotourism means not only a responsible attitude but also an approach focused at securing the future for nature and communities. When I think of ecotourism what comes to my mind is sustainable use of resources, cultural exchange, empowering local communities, learning experiences [for both locals and tourists].
To me ecotourism means responsible travelling. It's not about where you go or what you do during your trip, what really counts is how your behaviour and actions in the specific place affect your surroundings and the nature around you.
