Hello everyone in the EEN community!

I am seeing with excitement this Online Community growing and becoming a real think tank of ecotourism in Europe by bringing up more and more interesting conversations.  I would like to ask your ideas and opinions on Product Development.
- According to your knowledge, what are the good strategies as well as tactics and methods ( a recipe) for creating outstanding Ecotourism Experiences? What makes an experience meaningful & memorable?

One way (one tool) can be to improve the quality of heritage interpretation. Training and professionalization of tourism and nature guides in heritage interpretation can certainly improve the quality of an ecotourism experience. 
A new project is starting on this topic in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme of the EU: HeriQ "Heritage Story Telling – Quality Interpretation". It concerns the quality of the professional training in natural and cultural heritage interpretation.
I will give you some news asap of the progress of this project!
